Gondal Specialist Clinic provides an online platform to book consultations with specialist doctors. Consultations may be delivered online (e.g. via WhatsApp) or as an in-clinic (physical) appointment, depending on the option you select.
2. Booking Appointments
- You must provide accurate and complete information when booking.
- An online appointment is confirmed only after the consultation fee has been successfully paid.
- A physical (in-clinic) appointment is a request; our team will contact you to confirm the visit.
- The same doctor and time slot cannot be booked by two patients; slots are allocated on a first-paid basis.
3. Payments & Fees
The consultation fee for each doctor is displayed before you pay. All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are collected at the time of booking through our payment gateway partner (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or debit/credit card). The amount you are charged is the consultation fee shown at checkout — no additional gateway fee is added to your payment.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Medical Disclaimer
- Our platform facilitates appointments with independent doctors; the consultation and any medical advice are provided solely by the doctor.
- The platform is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, contact your nearest hospital or emergency services immediately.
- Information on the website is for general purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide truthful information and use the service lawfully.
- Keep any account credentials (doctor/admin) confidential.
- Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design and branding, belongs to Gondal Specialist Clinic and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gondal Specialist Clinic is not liable for the medical outcome of any consultation, nor for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the consultation fee paid for that booking.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
