Gondal Specialist Clinic operates a website that lets patients discover specialist doctors, book appointments, and pay the consultation fee online. We serve patients across Pakistan and our participating doctors practise at recognised hospitals and clinics in Lahore.
What We Do
We provide a booking and payment platform for medical consultations. Our specialists cover fields such as General & Laparoscopic Surgery and Endocrinology, with more specialties added over time. Each doctor lists their qualifications, experience, availability and consultation fee on their public profile.
How It Works
- Choose a doctor. Patients browse verified specialist profiles and select the doctor that fits their needs.
- Book & pay.The patient selects an available date and time and pays the doctor's consultation fee securely online.
- Consult. After a successful payment, the patient is connected with the doctor over WhatsApp for the consultation.
- Physical visits. Patients may also request an in-clinic appointment; our team contacts them to confirm the visit.
Our Business Model
Our revenue comes entirely from consultation fees. When a patient books an appointment, they pay the doctor's listed consultation fee (for example, Rs. 3,000) through our online checkout. The fee is collected at the time of booking and settles to the clinic's merchant account, from which participating doctors are paid. We do not sell products, and we do not charge patients any hidden or additional fees beyond the consultation fee shown before payment.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner. Patients can pay using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or debit/credit cards (Visa/Mastercard). All payments are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We never store card details on our own servers — card data is handled entirely within the payment gateway's secure environment.
